*darklion: yes but if the villain knew bounds then yellow caution tape around the comp with the nuke launch codes would be an effective deturant to >.> thust relegating him back down from villain to disgruntled citizen status XDDDDD

~RBVGP: They say that evil knows no bounds... that must be why bad guys keep falling off of cliffs, castle tops, and high rises. If they knew bounds... they could mark it off with yellow caution tape and avoid the whole "falling to one's doom" routine.
