Hey guys. I am wondering, Is there any better places out there to post a web comic? I've heard of Keenspot but I've also heard that they are dangerous and claim rights to your work. That's on hearsay so if anyone wants to refute that then awesome. Or any other places you guys would recommend I check out would be awesome.

<.<....>.>.......<.<......>.>....O.O what, this is a footer, go away -.-

As with any website, just thoroughly read the eula / contract, and if you're confused about it ask them about it or more, ask someone else who is using the service. I know that there are a couple places, I can't remember the name of the newer one... >_> it's a little like deviantart, but only comics.

Comic Gensis has a sign up process that is fustrating and nearly impossible to break through, but it's also a good way to keep out the uncommited comics out of the space. Lot of good comics go there... but honestly I found it a little too overbearing and too difficult to use.

DrunkDuck.com is an awesome site. Updates are smackdan easy, sign up is a breeze, and keeping up with your comic is no biggy. There are some editions that you'll need a little computer knowledge (like html. coding for doing your pages background and extras that spoof it all up) But if you're loooking for a fun place, easy useage and a generally good community, DD is the place for you.

I've heard more bad things about keenspot than I have good. >> so I can't say much on them.

But those are the two main places I know of that offer good services. with all websites though if you get more invovled with the community/forums, read excessively on other people's comics, comment frequently and update at a consecutive rate, you'll get a lot of readings. And always remember that your comic is your comic, it's just nice to have viewers. :)

They say that evil knows no bounds... that must be why bad guys keep falling off of cliffs, castle tops, and high rises. If they knew bounds... they could mark it off with yellow caution tape and avoid the whole "falling to one's doom" routine.
