I do these dossier type things every once in a while when I'm fleshing out a new character. usually they don't get posted but this one I took the drawing to completion and thought it turned out rather nice so I'll post this up XD
Kitashi are the ancestral protectors of men and it occured to kme that I never really draw up my other kitashi aside from Dusk very often and I'm not sure I've ever posted em. So, enjoy mates XD
I'm surprised that no one had bothered to leave you a comment on this image.
You certainly have improved over the past year and someodd days yet you have also stayed true to your style. Your lines are crisp yet jagged. I've always been fond of the sketchy look.
This character inparticular definatly has an interesting story to him, and his over all look is absolutely gorgeous. I adore the way he wears his hair.
(And if by somechance you didn't want me to comment on your work at all, I apologize. I just wanted to let you know that I still watch from a distance, and still enjoy the work you do.)

Hey, Mel. No I don't mind, and thank you. I rather appreciate this. I have to be honest and say, as of recently I have been looking over your shoulder from time to time as well. Time heals things and maybe it has, to some degree or another. I actually have been considering leaving a comment on a couple images you have, but I didn't think it'd be welcomed so I refrained. So I'm glad you were willing to do so, now I don't feel like I have to be such a ghost.
I want to say that I really appreciate your posting the original of October and citing me. You didn't have to do that, but you did and I do appreciate it. I always liked her and I always felt that your reduxes of that particular drawing never quite hit the same high note as the original. She really is a beautiful character.
So, I can't believe i'm going to say this (not meaning that in a bad way, I just never thought I would at one point) But it's good to hear from you, again, Mel.
I was, in truth, afraid to post her because I wasn't sure if it would be appreciated. I was wanting to ask you if I could go back to her original design, as I do miss it (and I am in love with hand tuffs.) but was afraid to approach you. Hell, it took me about two hours to get up the nerve to leave the comment I did. (Sounds pretty sad, huh?)
And you're welcome . Also, I am enjoying the comic thusfar! You have created some characters that I find myself wanting to learn more about. So hopefully we can see more sheets up like this one, eh?

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
