Alone in a crowd

"Roah stands at a crosswalk waiting to cross. She cannot touch the hundreds of lives that go by, nor can they touch her. never have we been so close and yet so guarded, never have we been so many but yet so alone.

She is a writer who loves music, a creative girl of 16 who has little interest in boys (most of them run from her after finding out she is a quiet, bookish type) and more interest in books. She doesn't fit in, in this world. Perhaps there is another somewhere? *wink*"

Ok so that was deep and meaningful, yeeeaaah -.-. I wanted to write a poem with this but it turned into just a blurb about Roah. This piece would have to take place before Roah ended up in my world of Rone. I wanted to show a seperation from the people and the world around her so I tried to make the other people in the scene have less detail. I blurred them out and desaturated them and didn't spend alot of time on them, in contrast I tried to make Roah kind of pop from the scene. I feel like I could have done this to a higher degree and made it even more appherent but you reach a point where you just gotta call it done. I also tried for a more anime look. I think I kinda like it XD

Anywho, there's some meaning I tried to put into this piece so maybe there'll be some for you XD. Let me know your thoughts mateys! much peace XD
