A cop's best friend

Ok, so this is from a new story concept I had recently. The premise, well, I may post more of the premise in the future, but for now, it's a dark, distopian future earth where all that could have gone wrong did.

The cities are over crowded and crime is common place. the governments are corporate owned and care little for their people. Enter Sarah. She's a detective in a time when being a cop is basically like being a soldier in a combat zone all the time. Her partner is one of many robots designed after extinct creatures. The thing is, these artificially intelligent bots have begun displaying emotions and self awareness. Some even claim to have a life and a soul. He is one such being, brought to "life" by the simple fact that Sarah, a loner by nature, treats him as a friend and prefers to talk to him than any of the guys on the force.

This concept is still in the works and there's more too it that i'm not saying, but that should be good enough for now XD

So, my delema. I have her name. Detective Sarah Stone. His, I have been trying for it for a while now and it's a no go. So any suggestions would be much appreciated, mates XD.

Oh, on a side note. I was gonna do a fancy bg, but i'm so busy and stressed with school that try as I might it just didn't happen. So here's the characters, there will be future pics of them with bgs and such.
